Fairview International PLC operates two IB schools: flagship Fairview KL and Fairview Johor near Singapore, both part of the Fairview Network in Malaysia and the UK. The group is among Malaysia’s largest IB providers, with Fairview KL offering the full IB continuum.
Fairview plans to expand through the acquisition of underperforming schools in the UK and Asia to enhance both educational quality and profitability.
Fairview International PLC adheres to the QCA Corporate Governance Code so far as it is practicable and appropriate given the Company’s private size and the nature of its operations.
