Fairview International PLC operates two schools: Fairview KL in Kuala Lumpur and Fairview Johor near Singapore. Both are part of the Fairview Network, founded in 1978 and acquired by Agodeus (owned by the Chian family) in 2012. The network includes schools in Malaysia and the UK, all accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organisation, with Fairview KL offering the full IB continuum. The network ranks among Malaysia’s largest IB school groups.
Fairview KL serves as the flagship campus, while Fairview Johor primarily targets the Singapore expatriate market. By leveraging shared infrastructure, the schools can grow without significant capital investment. Fairview International PLC plans further expansion through the acquisition of underperforming schools in the UK and Asia, aiming to enhance both academic quality and profitability.
